Since I started my online business, I have come across many tools, that you can use as a Virtual Assistant. My Favorite tool, however, is Trello.

Trello can be used in every part of your life, be it personal or business.
Therefore, it also comes in handy for Real Estate Agents.
It can help organize the many tasks realtors need to do, like prospecting, listing, preparing for property showing, selling and many more.
It’s free, easy to use and feature-rich.  It’s ideal for managing the (private) life of a Realtor or any other person really.

With Trello you can assign tasks, share lists, design templates to use with each client, add due dates, color label assignments and a lot more.

I found the following video when looking around for info to share with Real Estate Agents, and it is a great tutorial on setting up and using Trello in your everyday business life.  It will give you a basic idea of the many things you can do with Trello. It will show you how to get organized and therefore work smarter, not harder.

Now you have seen what you can do with Trello as standalone software, imagine the endless possibilities when connecting it with programs like IFTTT, Slack, Gmail, Contactually, and many more.
A lot of the CRM, project management or transaction management systems, do one or two things well but not everything.  Using Trello in combination with other software will make running your business more efficient and adjustable.

It’s the perfect tool for teamwork, and there is no end at what you can use it for.
